If you are constantly being affected by others and need a much deeper form of emotional support then this VIP package is for you. 

During our time together we’ll work through all the aspects that are not working in your life right now. We will clear through the emotions that are holding you back and gain more certainty for your future.  

I mainly use Resource Therapy for the sessions, where needed I will incorporate Reiki, Emotional Freedom Technique, Hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming or Time Line Therapy into the session. 

The sessions will help you:

  • Understand your past and why you feel the way you do.
  • Let go of several emotions that have a hold on you.
  • Continue to break down the feelings of “I’m not good enough.”
  • Become even clearer on the direction of your life. 
  • Continue to work on your ability to be assertive and confident at work or in relationships.
  • Be confident in making the right choices for yourself.
  • Start to make changes in your life and step through the fear.
  • Continue to have peace of mind and interrupt of your patterns of overthinking, anxiety and worrying. 
  • Start to focus on the things that are important to you. 
  • Continue to work on your ability to not be so deeply affected by other peoples opinions, words or conversations.


At the end of each session I will give you an appropriate takeaway task or tool to use, to support you in controlling your emotions more easily and start moving forward in your life. 

I will create an environment for you to feel understood, supported and accepted.

N.B. Each session is specifically tailoured to what you need and the outcomes you desire. This may vary slightly from the above list. 

You will Receive

6 x 60 – 90 minute 1:1 personal mentoring

Sessions can either be online via video conference or in person.

Sessions must be used within a 3 month period.

Payment Options:

6 x $210 AUD payments per session or,

$1110 AUD paid in full.
