What are mind body wellbeing sessions?

Mind Body Wellbeing sessions mainly use Resource Therapy (RT). When requested or required Emotional Freedom Technqiue (EFT Tapping), Hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Time Line Therapy (TLT) techniques are added.

Clinical Resource Therapy (RT):

Clinical Resource Therapy (RT), is the primary modality of a Mind Body Wellbeing session, is a ‘parts therapy’ that recognises that our personality is composed of different parts. Sometimes we have an unwanted emotion (a part of us) that keeps arising that is difficult to handle. Other times it is a behaviour (a part of us) that we no longer like that keeps reoccurring.

These patterns that keep popping up in life can now be helped by finding the real reason (root cause) it keeps happening. It will also help you find the underlying causes of why you keep doing what you are doing.

Resource Therapy works with the part of us that has the problem, not just the symptoms. This is why it’s so quick and effective to help you feel at peace, free, happy and confident again.

What is clinical EFT Tapping?

Emotional Freedom Technique (Clinical EFT Tapping) is a stress and anxiety reduction technique, using certain acupunture points on our body. Instead of using needles like acupuncture, we use our finger tips to press these points.

Acupuncture teaches us that energy flows through our body through merdians, when we are stressed there is an interruption of this flow. So by using Tapping on these points with our fingertips it releases the stress in our body, and allows this flow to return.

Some of the points are found between our eyebrows, under our nose, on the crease on our chin, on the side or our eyes and when we chew our fingernails. Some people naturally press a lot of these points in our everyday life, without us really knowing. It might happen when we are thinking, talking to someone, watching tv, worried, anxious, stressed or overwhelmed. These are the points we use during a EFT Tapping session.

What is NLP?

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) explores how your mind, thoughts and language lead to certain behaviours. Some of these behaviours empower you to live your life to the fullest – and some do not.

Neuro refers to our nervous system and the mind – we give powerful meaning to the experiences in our lives.

Linguistic relates to the language you use and your internal dialogue. The words you use, give meaning to the experiences.

Programming refers to the strategies we use to deal with our experiences. The way we act and approach all experiences in everyday life has a strategy.

To empower yourself, sometimes these strategies need to be changed.

What is TLT & Hypnosis?

Time Line therapy (TLT) and Hypnosis are fast and effective techniques that uncovers and transforms deeply rooted thoughts, habits and emotions stored in the unconscious mind. Limiting beliefs about yourself or others, limiting decisions you have made or negative emotions you have stored, can be released within minutes. The emotional baggage that we carry around every day, the thoughts that we believed would never change, are cleared safely and have the most profound and immediate impact.

A Mind Body Wellbeing session uses mainly Resource Therapy (RT) and when required or requested, NLP, TLT and Hypnosis therapies. A 1:1 session involves obtaining an understanding of your problem and required treatment for the issue.

From the very first session what ever you are ready to change can be addressed straight away. Further sessions will give you greater breadth and depth on the underlying causes of your problems. As each layer of the unwanted emotion or behaviour is addressed your personality parts return to a normal state. You will feel empowered, supported and free and begins to create ripple effect in transforming your life.

There are no limits to Mind Body Wellbeing sessions. You will move through obstacles or blocks effectively. The process is simple to follow and I’ll provide you with structure to make you accountable and an environment for your dreams to flourish.
